About Alecia
Been there, done that. Twice. I’m here to help you.
Over 20 years ago, I began a journey that would ultimately lead me to where I am today—a health and wellness fitness professional.
It started simply: walking. Just walking.
I worked my way up to 30 minutes a day, and before I knew it, I had joined a health club and was building a routine that became sustainable. Within 16 months, I had lost over 150 pounds—using consistency, lessons I’d learned from past diets, and a willingness to keep evolving my approach.
I didn’t just lose the weight—I maintained it for nearly 10 years.

Then life changed.
After having my son, I faced postpartum challenges, including being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and other hormonal issues. Despite continuing to exercise and doing everything “right,” the weight slowly came back—and then some.
For 15 years, I showed up daily. I exercised. I stayed consistent.
And still, nothing worked.
Eventually, a friend shared her experience with a GLP-1 medication. I was skeptical—especially about the cost and long-term commitment. It didn’t feel like a simple decision.
But a few months later, after seeing a photo of myself during a family trip, something shifted. I knew I needed a different approach.
So I made the call.
Over the next 73 weeks, I lost 170 pounds.
But more importantly—it felt like second nature. My workouts stayed the same in the beginning, but the constant food noise was finally gone. For the first time in years, I felt aligned again.

That’s when everything clicked.
Because here’s the truth: there is no one-size-fits-all approach to weight loss. Whether it’s lifestyle changes, surgery, medication, or a combination of tools—what matters is finding what works for your body and building something you can sustain.
That’s why I am so incredibly passionate about what I do now.
To help people break through the barriers that have kept them feeling defeated or stuck—using real strategies, realistic expectations, and an approach designed for real life.
